Providing the data is optional, but your refusal will prevent us from continuing with the execution of the current contract or fulfilling your specific requests.

Specifically, your data is related to our specific activity of "Design and construction of industrial fans and ventilation systems. Consulting and maintenance of ventilation systems and fans not of our production." and pertains to the normal relationship activities with clients/suppliers or potential ones; no mass marketing activities are planned unless specifically consented to.

The retention of the data is related to the existence of a supply of goods/services, legal obligations, or specific processing needs that involve you. You have the right to request the deletion of the data when this right is not in conflict with legal obligations.

Your data will be communicated to the designated personnel of the undersigned necessary for the performance of the entrusted tasks, to banks or credit institutions for the processing and collection of fees, to institutions or public bodies in relation to the tasks entrusted to us and to regulatory/legal obligations, to control and public security bodies if required, and to any third parties only as a consequence of using them to fulfill the entrusted tasks.
