Insulations

For all series of its production, Acovent offers various solutions for thermal and acoustic insulation. The insulating medium can be made of mineral wool or ceramic fiber with varying densities depending on the application. The external finish or cladding can be in various materials, such as galvanized sheet metal, painted sheet metal, stainless steel, or aluminum, depending on the external environment. In any case, the residual noise and/or temperature levels are calculated for each specific case to ensure complete satisfaction of the customer's requirements.

In addition to the insulation of the fan, soundproof hoods and/or self-supporting acoustic/thermal insulating cabins are available, for which structural calculations can be provided.
