The experience gained over the years in collaboration with some of the leading manufacturers of rotogravure and flexographic machines allows us to offer advanced technical solutions. Our products are designed to meet every need and are engineered using 2D and 3D programs to ensure maximum precision.
The materials used meet all safety standards: carbon steel for the support structures, carbon steel or stainless steel for the ducts and fans, and explosion-proof versions. The air regulation systems are controlled by electric or pneumatic actuators designed to be connected to a PLC. Air heating can be achieved through thermal oil, steam, or electric coils and by using gas burners.
ACOVENT is also capable of performing interventions on existing plants with upgrades and revamping solutions.
